Scott Eglseder is President and owner of Eglseder Wealth Management Group, Inc. He began his career in 1984 and worked in association with several well-established financial planners prior to incorporating his own business in 1996.
His mission and passion is to provide retirees and people who are about to retire with sound advice in the five key areas of financial planning: protection, estate planning, cash flow, income tax reduction, and investments.
Scott holds the Registered Representative, Investment Adviser Representative and Registered Securities Principal FINRA registrations with Commonwealth, as well as an insurance license for annuities, life, health, disability and long-term care.
Born in Easton and raised in St. Michaels, Scott graduated from St. Michaels Senior High School in 1978 as his class valedictorian. He attended the University of Maryland at College Park, where he graduated in 1984 from the honors program, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology.
In addition to his work, Scott thoroughly enjoys the outdoors, good food, exercise, sports and his vegetable garden. Scott lives in Easton. He has three children and eight grandchildren.
